How do I get a refund?

Air tickets returned for refund are subject to a minimum cancellation charge of equivalent to $25 per ticket, irrespective of the number of tickets returned. Tickets are presented to the respective airline or consolidator for assessment. Refunds will not be paid to you until they have been received by the Company from the relevant airline or consolidator.
